✋If you run directly to the ball with your racket already back, you tend to face the net the whole time. That makes it harder to judge spacing and to control balance when you finally swing. 👍 When you turn your shoulders and hips (unit turn) before moving, you’re essentially “loading” your body to hit. This gets your hitting side ready early, so you can focus on spacing and timing as you approach the ball — rather than trying to turn at the last second while moving. #tennismatch #tenniscoach #t
