🌪💦 Here’s a fab science experiment! We used a bottle to create a whirlpool vortex, we carefully poked a hole in the bottom of our bottle to allow the water to suck through and make our vortex last longer, we also added a drop of washing up liquid to make it more visible. A vortex is created when a rotating liquid falls through an opening. Gravity is the force that pulls the liquid into the hole, and the rotation causes a continuous vortex to develop.
