FSSAI = Food safety 😋 Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is a statutory body established under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Every food business operator from petty retailers, bakeries, snack shops, fast food stalls, Dairies, slaughter houses and meat shops to hotels, restaurants, bars, cold storages, e-commerce food suppliers, cloud kitchens and all other sorts of food manufacturing/ processing units have to obtain this licence. In short, this
